Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide from our California design studio (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Delivery times vary:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (orders over $50)
Do you offer tracking for orders?
Absolutely! Just like our swimwear provides support where you need it, we provide tracking information for every order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships, allowing you to follow your Maraluxe pieces on their journey to you.
International Customers: Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries have restrictions on swimwear importsāwe recommend checking local regulations before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Maraluxe swimwear as much as we do. You may return unworn items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Sale items are final sale. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
Can I exchange my swimwear for a different size or style?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for your preferred size or style while returning the original item under our standard return policy. This ensures you get the swimwear you want without waiting for an exchange process.
